Review generation
Reviews are the last thing read before the call.
Ranking gets you seen. Reviews decide whether you get chosen. They also feed local ranking directly, which makes them one of the few things that improve visibility and conversion at the same time.
What we build.
Asking at the right moment
The request goes out when the job is finished and the customer is happiest, triggered automatically by the pipeline stage rather than by somebody remembering.
The path of least friction
One tap to the right profile. Every extra step between the request and the review costs you a large share of the people who intended to leave one.
Physical prompts
Tap to review cards and stands for the moment you are face to face, which still converts better than any message.
Replies
Responding to reviews, including the bad ones, because the reply is read by everyone who comes after.
We do not gate reviews. Filtering unhappy customers away from the review form before they can post is against the platforms' rules and it is dishonest. If the feedback is bad, the fix is the service, not the funnel.
Why reviews do two jobs at once.
Most marketing spend improves either visibility or conversion. Reviews improve both, which is unusual enough to be worth understanding.
On the visibility side, review volume, rating and recency feed local ranking, so a business with steady recent reviews appears in the map pack more often than an identical business without them. On the conversion side, they are the last thing someone reads before deciding who to call. The same work moves both numbers.
There is a third effect that is easy to miss. Reviews are also read by AI assistants when they summarise a category for someone, which makes them part of answer engine optimization whether you planned it that way or not.
How the request actually gets sent.
- The trigger is a pipeline stage, not a reminderWhen the job is marked complete, the request goes. Nothing depends on anyone remembering at the end of a long day.
- The timing is tuned to the workImmediately for a quick job while the relief is fresh. A day or two later for work someone needs to live with before they can judge it.
- It goes by text firstText is opened far more reliably than email, and the review is being left on a phone anyway.
- One reminder, then it stopsA single follow-up recovers a meaningful share of people who meant to and forgot. A third message makes you the business that nags.
- Replies are handledPositive ones briefly, negative ones carefully and in public, because the reply is read by every prospect who arrives afterwards.
What to do about a bad review.
Reply the same day, in public, without arguing. Acknowledge the specific thing, say what you are doing about it, and offer to take it offline. You are not writing to the reviewer. You are writing to the next hundred people who read it while deciding whether to call you.
A business with a handful of negative reviews answered well often converts better than one with a suspiciously perfect record. Buyers know what a real business looks like.

Questions people actually ask.
Can you remove a bad review?
Only if it breaks the platform's rules, and then only by reporting it. Nobody can delete an honest negative review, and anyone claiming they can is selling you something that does not exist. A good reply does more for you than removal would.
Can I offer a discount for a review?
No. Incentivised reviews break Google's policies and can cost you the ones you already have. You can ask everyone, which is both allowed and more effective than most businesses expect.
How many reviews do I need?
Enough to look credible beside the businesses you appear next to, and recent enough to look current. Steady beats a burst.
Should I reply to every review?
Every negative one, and as many positive ones as you can sustain. The negative reply is the one prospects read most closely.
