At Run Digital, your success is our priority — from the moment you onboard to the final steps of an offboarding. If you’re considering cancellation, we want to ensure the process is handled with the same care, attention, and strategy as your launch. Please read the following carefully before proceeding.
📆 30-Day Offboarding Process
Submitting a cancellation request officially with the form below begins a 30-day offboarding process, during which you’ll be billed as usual on your regular billing cycle — per your initial agreement. Why? Because unwinding a strategy that was built to grow over months doesn’t happen overnight. Shutting down campaigns, handing over assets, transitioning tools, and informing cross-functional teams all require time and coordination.
⚠️ Before You Decide: Growth Takes Time
Marketing isn’t a light switch — it’s a long game. Campaigns are designed to mature, optimize, and scale. Leaving during a dip is like pulling investments when the market is down — it might feel urgent in the moment, but it’s often the exact time to stay the course. Your momentum may just be turning a corner.
We encourage clients to think of their marketing as a portfolio. Every piece — SEO, paid ads, content, social, CRM — compounds over time. Exiting too early can stall that growth before the returns come in. You might consider to just pause. If you request a pause, we can pause campaigns that are spending and even potentially pause our billed service to help you out in a low time. Pausing means we don’t offboard, remove our access, and turn everything back over to you, but we hold. If you wish to do this, simply communicate to your strategist and they can come up with a plan with you.
If you’re unsure, reach out. We’re happy to review progress and pivot strategy before pulling the plug.
📝 How Cancellation Works
To officially begin cancellation, you must fill out the cancellation form below. This ensures we can properly notify all internal team members, begin documentation, and assign the necessary transition steps.
Once submitted:
You’ll receive an email confirmation that your request has been received.
You will then be prompted to schedule an offboarding meeting.
During this meeting, we’ll:
Review all assets we’ll be transferring.
Discuss any open campaigns or commitments.
Address any custom needs or strategic considerations based on your setup.
Please note: Your cancellation is not complete until the offboarding meeting has occurred and all final deliverables have been transferred or agreed upon.
