SEO · Park City, Utah
Three clients here, across cleaning, architecture and real estate. The common problem is the same one every Park City business has: the search results are full of people who do not live here.
Figures cover 14 June to 14 September 2026, taken from each client’s own Google Search Console property.
AAA Housekeeping · Park City
“Park City cleaning services” is the search that matters for a housekeeping business here, because it is what both second-home owners and property managers type. AAA sits on page one for it, with the related city searches close behind.
The gap we are still closing is “house cleaning park city”, which sits further back. Same intent, different phrasing, and it needs its own page rather than a mention on an existing one. That is the current piece of work.

BKV Home Design · Park City
Architecture and home design searches rarely carry a town name. People search for a style, a service or a state, which makes local SEO an awkward fit and means the honest assessment is that this one is early.
The brand search is holding in the top six and the statewide architect searches are on the board but deep. We would rather show you a client where the work is clearly unfinished than pretend every engagement is a win inside a quarter.

Gina Luke, Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices · Park City and Heber
Real estate agents compete with the portals, which is a losing fight on generic searches and a winnable one on specific ones. Gina ranks on page one for “heber city realtor”, the market immediately east of Park City, where there are fewer national listings soaking up the results.

Three very different businesses, one shared constraint: a small resident population and a large visiting one.
Park City searches carry the town name far more often than Wasatch Front searches do. The pages have to match that.
They search from somewhere else, weeks ahead, on a laptop. That is a different page and a different call to action.
Heber, Midway and Kamas are often easier to win and feed the same business.
Park City has around eight thousand full-time residents and several million visitor days a year. For search that is an odd shape. The volume of people is high but the volume of local searches is not, and a large share of the searching is done by people who are somewhere else at the time and planning ahead.
The practical consequence is that Park City businesses cannot rely on near-me searches the way a Utah County business can. The searches carry the town name, they happen earlier, and the page has to do more convincing because the person reading it cannot simply drive over.
We work across Tooele County and the Wasatch Front. These are the other places we have client work on the ground.
