- Version-controlled work in GitHub with real branches and pull requests
- Performance and technical SEO fixes on existing client sites

- Clear async communication and realistic estimates
Comp & structure
Per-project or retainer contract depending on the work, 1099. Steady pipeline for someone reliable; contract-to-hire possible as the technical book grows.
