The lane
Run builds and runs marketing for dozens of clients at once, and the work lives in our proprietary PM tool. We need a contractor who can own the operating rhythm: birddogging projects, keeping sprints planned, and making sure nothing sits unassigned or stalled.
What you’ll do
- Birddog active projects and chase down anything drifting off schedule
- Run sprint planning and keep the board honest
- Build out subtask structures in our PM tool, migrating projects from the Google Docs where they live today
- Create and run a meeting cadence for the whole team and for each fulfillment team, focused on removing roadblocks
- Make sure tasks are assigned, moving, and completed
- Watch the PM tool dashboard to spot problems before they become fires
- Help us flesh out the PM tool itself so it fits how we actually work
