Utah · Independent disclosure record
We read every page, pricing table and terms-of-service document on six competitors’ websites and our own, then recorded only what is published in public. Where a company does not publish something, this page says so rather than guessing. Every claim links to the page it came from.
Section 01
Seven things a buyer reasonably wants to know before a sales call. Each company either publishes it or does not. Select any company to see what it publishes and what it leaves out.
Section 02
Everything we could verify, side by side. “Not published” means we looked and it was not there, not that the company does not do it.
Superscript numbers link to the exact page each fact came from. All figures are the companies’ own published claims; we verified that they are published, not that they are accurate.
Section 03
The most expensive clause in an agency agreement is usually the one about ending it. Set a monthly fee and the month you would want out, and see what each company’s published terms actually say.
Used only where a company refers to an initial term without publishing its length.
Section 04
If you leave, which of these do you keep? Twelve assets a marketing agency commonly holds, and what each company publishes about who owns them. Select any cell to read the company’s own wording.
Select a cell above to read the published wording.
Section 05
Four questions. Some answers point away from us, and we have left those in, because a mismatch found on a comparison page costs you nothing and a mismatch found in month three costs you thousands.
Section 06
One engagement, because one verified result is worth more than five we cannot show our working for. Figures are weighted averages pulled from that client’s own Google Search Console property on 14 October 2026, comparing the first thirty days of the engagement window with the most recent thirty. Not a projection, not a model, not an estimate. The client’s name is withheld until they give us permission to use it, and we will add more rows here as we verify them the same way.
Section 07
Section 08
Every page read to compile this record, on 14 October 2026. Each one was fetched and read in full, not sampled. If a company believes a cell is wrong or out of date, email [email protected] with a link to the page that proves it and we will update the cell and publish the correction date beside it. We hold ourselves to the same rule: every claim in our own column links to a page on our site that anyone can check.
Compiled and published by Run LLC, 5993 N Tippecanoe Ln, Stansbury Park, UT 84074. Companies are listed because they ranked for “best SEO company in Utah” in Salt Lake City on the date above. We have no commercial relationship with any of them.
Drop in your website and we will record a short teardown: where you are losing traffic, who is outranking you, and the three things we would fix first.
A real person records it. No obligation, and we will only use your email to send the video and talk about it.
