How we work

The RUNway

The client lifecycle at Run, from the first call to the month the marketing pays for itself.

Four stages, one team, and a weekly number you can hold us to. This page is the whole thing written down, including the parts most agencies leave vague: what we do, what you do, how long each stage takes and what you walk away owning.

The four stages

Discover. Build. Run. Refine.

Every client walks the same four stages, whether they bought one service or the whole engine. Pick a stage to see exactly what happens inside it, and who is holding which end.

Discover

What Run does

    What you do

      The first ninety days

What actually happens, week by week.

No six week onboarding. No discovery deck that goes in a drawer. Here is the real calendar.

      Day 0

      The demo, not a pitch

We look at your numbers together: what a customer is worth, what you are paying to get one, and where the gap is. If we are not the right fit, we say so on that call.

      Day 1 to 3

      Audit and access

We audit the site, the ad accounts, the tracking and the follow up. You get the findings written down, whether or not you hire us. Access is granted to accounts you already own, never accounts we hold hostage.

      Week 1

      Tracking and pipeline first

Before a dollar of media runs, tracking is fixed and the CRM pipeline is built, so every lead that arrives carries its source with it. This is the step most agencies skip and then argue about in month three.

      Week 2 to 4

      Build and launch

Pages, campaigns, automations and the AI agents that handle after hours follow up get built and turned on. First leads usually land inside this window on paid channels.

      Every week

      The accountability call

Same time, every week. Leads, source, cost per lead, closed revenue, what we changed and what we are changing next. Fifteen minutes if the numbers are good.

      Day 60

      First real cut

Enough data to kill what is not paying and move that budget to what is. Organic and AEO work is compounding quietly in the background by now.

      Day 90

      Cost per acquisition, honestly

You get a straight answer on what a customer now costs and what changed. From here the job is to keep pushing that number down while lifetime value climbs.

      Month 4+

      The flywheel takes over

Reviews, referrals and data start doing work that used to cost media budget. That is the point where marketing stops feeling like rent.

      What you get, always

      The parts that never change.

      01

      A weekly call

Same slot every week with the person doing the work, not an account manager relaying messages.

      02

      One number

Leads, source, cost and closed revenue in one view. If the report and your bank account disagree, the report is wrong.

      03

      Your logins

Every account is created in your name. You keep the site, the ad accounts, the CRM, the automations and the data.

      04

      No contract

Month to month. We would rather earn the renewal than enforce one, which is also why the weekly call exists.

Why it is a loop, not a line

      Refine feeds Discover.

A project ends. A lifecycle does not. What we learn in Refine changes what we look for in the next Discover: which channel is actually carrying the load, which offer converts, which customers are worth chasing twice.

That is the same loop the Run marketing flywheel describes on the services side. The RUNway is how we work it. The flywheel is what it does to your cost per customer.

      Before you call

What working with us is actually like.

In our case: run the campaigns, work the pipeline, fix the tracking, write the follow up, and report the number every week. The work is not mysterious, which is why this page exists. If an agency cannot tell you what happens in week one, that is the answer to your question.
It is our client lifecycle, in four stages: Discover, Build, Run and Refine. Every client walks the same four stages, and Refine feeds straight back into Discover, so the plan keeps getting sharper instead of going stale.
Paid channels can produce leads in the first week. Most clients get an honest cost per acquisition answer at day ninety. Automation and CRM work often pays first, because it rescues leads you are already paying for and losing.
No. Start with one service and add as the numbers justify it. The RUNway is the same whether you buy one thing or the whole engine. See what we run and the packages.
You leave with everything. There is no contract to exit, and every account was created in your name from day one: the website, the ad accounts, the CRM, the automations and the data. Nothing is rented back to you.
The person doing the work. The weekly call is not an account manager reading a summary, and that is deliberate, because the fastest way to lose a month is to put a translator between the strategy and the execution.
Yes. We are based in Utah and run marketing for clients in all fifty states. See the areas we serve.
Stage one starts on a call

      Let's run it together.

Book the demo. We will walk your numbers through the RUNway on the call and tell you which stage you are actually stuck in.
